Pest Analysis of Corny Cottage

In Pakistan, there is a joint family system. Traditionally, they celebrate all events together. So it will be focus area of our target in the market. According to population density in Defence, Cantt and Gulberg, it is not in our favor owing to people living in broad bungalows only five or six members.

Although, economic condition of Pakistan are worst now a day yet our target market belongs to high income group. So they will keep buying our products. The rich people of Pakistan focus on present and they spend a lot of money on to make ourselves exclusive and prestigious. So it will be easy time for us to attract customer towards us.

Our production process is totally automated which is an attractive competitor edge for us. There are lots of people who not only appreciate the change but they try a new stuff also. Our automotive plant will provide neat and clean products to our valuable customers. New techniques affect the quality of products and services in better way. In our view, technology is very important in order to compete with the competitors.  We have an eye on our competitors and new entrants. “At corny cottage we are using advance technology but not wasting the natural ingredients in our products.”

In our market, we are not facing any type of infrastructure problem in delivering our products to ultimate consumer in a delivery time. In Lahore, mostly people are geographically shifted from rural area to big cities so they will like such type of traditional products with the blend of new trend as well as stylish environment.

Political stability does matter in success of any business to run the business smoothly and the more important thing is that there is no proper law enforcement. The people are also not fully aware of their social responsibility. But we are socially aware of our responsibility to take part in country progress supporting Govt. development program and following law and order implementation.
