Product Strategies Overview


We are following the up marketing strategy because in the beginning we are working on small level with small marketing share. But as our revenue increases now we are opening new outlets.

Product filling:
In the beginning the people that from stomach problem and weak teeth’s specially the older people, sometimes from those people avoid our product ,so, we have launch corn soap so they can enjoy our corn in different form.

Product modernization:
Due to the simple packing in past, to capture the customer attention of our customer’s more and more we have emphasized on new ways of packing features.

Product featuring:
Firstly, our product has only single flavor but now we have more than six (6) flavors as a whole that is our featuring.

Product pruning:
Owing to the small share of our product that have no value, attention and preference towards the customer, so, we have obsolete our one product that was (corn spicy piper) that had no beneficial of our company and our revenue is falling down day-by-day.
